The large historic homes and views are nothing short of spectacular, reminiscent of the European Riviera. The San Francisco Yacht club, Belvedere Park and Playground add to this communities charm.
Belvedere is less than one square mile in size, surrounded on three sides by the waters of San Francisco Bay. The population of just over 2,000 are clustered in three neighborhoods; Belvedere Island, Belvedere Lagoon and Corinthian Island.
Belvedere is connected to Tiburon by a causeway. The two cities share the same downtown area but also public services (such as police, fire, library), the Reed School District ( top one percent of California schools), and the Tiburon Peninsula Chamber of Commerce.
What we love about Belvedere/Tiburon for things to do, people to see, and places to go.
